Request Collections to FodaBox

REQUEST COLLECTIONS TO FODABOX

Overview

We organise collections for pallets or parcels from your supplier or customers. 


If you would like us to organise a collection from your supplier or from a client location arriving at our warehouse, you will need to raise a query via the customer query form and select the query Inbound - Book delivery slot

To arrange the collection, please follow the steps below: 
  1. You must create an ASN (Advanced Shipment Notice) in Mintsoft: Create ASNs - Advanced Shipping Notifications
  2. Provide the following information when raising the query:  
  • Contact details: name, phone number and email address
  • Full address: valid postcode, city and country
  • Date of collection
  • Parcel(s)/pallet(s) weight and dimensions
  • Number of parcel(s)/pallet(s)
  • Reference: ASN number and/or order number 
  • Booking slot if applicable.
