Request Collections to FodaBox
REQUEST COLLECTIONS TO FODABOX
We organise collections for pallets or parcels from your supplier or customers.
If you would like us to organise a collection from your supplier or from a client location arriving at our warehouse, you will need to raise a query via the customer query form and select the query Inbound - Book delivery slot
To arrange the collection, please follow the steps below:
- You must create an ASN (Advanced Shipment Notice) in Mintsoft: Create ASNs - Advanced Shipping Notifications
- Provide the following information when raising the query:
- Contact details: name, phone number and email address
- Full address: valid postcode, city and country
- Date of collection
- Parcel(s)/pallet(s) weight and dimensions
- Number of parcel(s)/pallet(s)
- Reference: ASN number and/or order number
- Booking slot if applicable.
