Overview
Whenever we want to buy stock from you, our procurement team will send you a Purchase Order (PO) detailing the products and quantities we want to buy.
If you accept the order, you need to enter the details into Mintsoft as soon as you can (within 24hours).
How to add a Fodabox PO in mintsoft
Go to Orders > Input New Order
Select warehouse “FC2-WGC” or "Fodafilment". You can set FC2-WGC "Fodafilment" as your default warehouse by clicking on the icon on the top-right corner.
Click “Select”. You will be presented with the cart view, where you can search and add items to your cart.
Search for the product required using the search box provided.
Add the quantities and product to the cart. Make sure they match with the one in the PO you have received.
Click on the "Add To Cart" button.
Adding address details to FodaBox PO
The address in the order needs to match with the one in the Purchase Order you have received. We have multiple warehouses, therefore, if you do not select the correct warehouse, this can cause delays and issues with your inventory.
Selecting channel and courier service to FodaBox PO
When you enter an order for us into Mintsoft, please ensure the following is completed:
Select “Channel” FodaBox Purchases”
Use the “Courier Service” FodaBox Purchase”. This will ensure you are not charged any pick, pack and courier costs.
Click on the "Complete Order" button, once you have added all the required products to the cart.
