If the status of your order is NEW, you can cancel the order yourself in Mintsoft. When you cancel an order, it will automatically unallocate stock from the order, making it available again.
To cancel an order, or selection of orders navigate to Orders > Overview
Select the order(s) to cancel
Select “Cancel” from the “Bulk Actions” drop down list
You cannot cancel an order in status PICKINGSTARTED, PICKED, DESPATCHED OR INVOICED.
To stop an order in progress or despatched, please contact the customer service team immediately via our customer query form and give us a call at 03331212155 option 2.
Depending on the status of the order, you may be charged for all picking and packing fees. If the order was dispatched, the shipping and returns charges will also apply. In addition, you will have a cancellation surcharge. Please check our surcharge List.
