Booking a slot for a pallet delivery
BOOKING SLOT FOR A PALLET DELIVERY
Please do not schedule a delivery until we have confirmed a booking slot. Please follow the steps below:
Create ASN in Mintsoft: Any delivery will need a supporting ASN in MintSoft.
Request a booking slot if your delivery contains pallets or more than 10 parcels. Please raise a query via our customer query form to request a delivery slot (System updates - Book a delivery slot).
You will receive the confirmation by email and a google calendar invitation confirming your slot.
