ARRANGE COLLECTIONS

Overview

You can organise a collection of an order from our warehouse by creating a manual order in Mintsoft with the courier "Collection".


Timeframes
The cut-off for a collection order is 12 pm the previous day, so we can have ready your order for the next morning.
  • E.g. If the order is placed today before 12 pm, your order will be ready for collection tomorrow.
  • If the order is placed today after 12 pm, your order will be ready for collection the day after tomorrow.
Opening times
Our warehouse is open for collections or deliveries between 9 am and 5:30 pm 

The company collecting the order needs to provide the order reference and postcode to hand the order. 

Collecting an order from our warehouse


You will need to create an order in Mintsoft as usual. 


To manually input an order into the system click Orders > Input Order


 

Please make sure you select the correct Warehouse.

You need to add the contact details of the company that will be collecting the products.


  • Name, Last name: 

  • Address Line 1: 

  • Town: 

  • Postcode: 

  • Email and phone number:


This information is mandatory to guarantee your collection is collected by the right company. Most of the issues with deliveries are related to poor or wrong information provided.


Selecting a courier service for a collection


You need to select “Collection” as the courier service. If we need to prepare your collection on pallets, you need to add this information to the delivery instructions. 


Also,  please confirm the date and time that the parcels or pallets will be collected. As many details as possible of the person or company collecting.




If you have any questions, please raise a query via the customer query form (select inventory query) or give us a call at 03331212155 option 3.  Do not forget to mark the order as “awaiting confirmation” if you are not sure about what courier service to select.
